HRP Services

Health Resource Partners (HRP) is a collaborative health care services network that brings together individuals, employers, educators and professional organizations to share resources and create initiatives that will have a positive impact on the delivery of health care in Kansas and Missouri. We provide high quality Internet and electronic services through our website -- www.healthresource.org. To ensure safe and efficient access to these resources, our members and partners have certain responsibilities regarding use of our network.

Acceptable Use
All network use by Health Resource Partners, participants and collaborators shall be in support of building community partnerships. The network is a resource for the health care community to advance their missions through data management, service access, research, education, employment, government affairs, economic development and public service.

Unacceptable Use

  • Violating federal, state or local law with HRP resources is unacceptable.
  • Using HRP to harm or harrass others is unacceptable.
  • Using HRP in a manner that intentionally or negligently disrupts normal network use is unacceptable. Examples include propagating computer viruses, violating personal privacy and unauthorized access to private resources.
  • Organizations and individuals are responsible for all activity associated with their user ID's and passwords. Sharing access to HRP services with non-members is prohibited.
  • Intentionally posting inaccurate or false information using HRP services is strictly prohibited. HRP assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information posted by member applicants or employers, but will deny use privileges for policy violations.
  • Use of HRP contact information for commercial purposes is unacceptable. Examples include generation of commercial mailing lists, business solicitation and direct sales. Unsolicited contact (email, phone calls, direct mail) to member individuals and companies is prohibited.
Policy Enforcement
Reported or perceived violations of the Acceptable Use Policy will be reviewed and referred to the Board of Directors for action. Violations that are not promptly remedied by the member agency or project participant will result in immediate service termination and may result in punitive action.
