What is HRP?
The HRP Web site is operated by Health and Technology Outreach, a division
of the University of Kansas Medical Center that emphasizes access, education,
communication and collaboration as the keys to improving health care.
Who does HRP serve?
HRP serves college-bound and university level students interested in
careers in the health profession, secondary and post secondary educational
institutions, employers, a variety of health-related professional
organizations and the community at large.
What are the services offered by HRP?
Our activities focus on health careers promotion and data sharing. We endeavor
to connect individuals seeking education or career opportunities in the
health care field with organizations that offer these amenities. We also
provide information about the health care industry through News and Events,
enable individuals to plan and/or advance their careers through our Career
Network, connect students and practicing professionals with resources for
Education, and offer data and links to funding sources through Financial Aid.
What do these services cost?
There is absolutely no charge to the consumer for any of our virtual services!
Health care organizations and institutions pay on a fee-for-service basis for
access to some products.
